Virat Kohli keeps defying age. He might be 37, but he's still as quick between the wickets as he was earlier. 

 Virender Sehwag hailed Virat Kohli for revolutionising Indian cricket by introducing a world-class fitness culture, setting new benchmarks for cricketers globally.

 Many did it for the game and fitness, while some pursued bodybuilding as a career after retiring from cricket.

 Virat Kohli is known all over the world as a fitness icon. To keep himself fit, Virat Kohli sweats for hours in the gym, besides following a strict diet.

 Right diet and exercise are among them.

 Kohli was stuck in Mumbai for five months due to the coronavirus-enforced lockdown and had his first proper hit in the nets only after his arrival in the UAE.

Kohli earlier this month has stated that though he is keeping himself physically fit, his main focus has been working on the mental aspect of the game.

"Assessments are on every day as the progress of the players is checked by Nick and Nitin once the boys put their data on the app."

The India captain speaks about the work he has done on his fitness after returning from India’s tour of Australia in 2012, in an interview with journalist Graham Bensinger.
